How to Store Your
If your meals are vacuum-sealed they are able to stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week and can then be frozen for up to 1 month. If you prefer family style, your meals will come packaged in aluminum pans and plastic ware, ready for the oven. Family style meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to two weeks.
How To Heat Your Meals
Stove Top (Vacuum Sealed):
Boil a pot of water and drop vaccuum-sealed bag in water for
approximately 5 -8 minutes. Remove bag, cut open and place
food on plate.
Cut open bag ( if vacuum sealed) or remove form tupperware and place
in a sauté pan. Add a small amount of water and simmer covered for
approximately 3-5 minute or until water is evaporated. Serve on plate
Toaster or Conventional Oven:
(Ideal for pizzas, lasagnas and proteins) Remove food from bag or tupperware. Set oven to 400 F on bake setting. Bake food for approximately 5-8 min. or until golden brown.
(Family style in baking pan)
Heat in 375 F oven covered for 10-12 min. Remove cover and heat for another 5-8 min. Serve and enjoy.
Remove food from bag or tupperware onto plate or bowl.
Cover with paper towel. Cook on med high to high for
approximately 3-5 minutes.

Toaster or conventional Oven:
Remove food from bag or tupperware. Set oven to 350 F on bake setting. Bake food for approximately 5-8 min. Then, set temp to 450 F. Finish baking food for approximately 5-8 min or until golden brown.
Poke holes in bag or remove tupperware lid and set microwave to med high to high setting for approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove food from packaging, place onto a plate. Cover with a paper towel and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes.
